Plymouth is a city in Marshall County, Indiana, United States. The population was 9,840 at the 2000 census. The city is the county seat of Marshall County. Plymouth was the site of the first retail outlet of defunct U.S. retailer Montgomery Ward in 1926.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 18.1 km² (7.0 mi²). 18.0 km² (7.0 mi²) of it is land and 0.14% is water.

Plymouth has three annual festivals. The largest is the Blueberry Festival held each Labor Day weekend since 1966. Centered in Plymouth's large Centennial Park, the Blueberry Festival is attended by over 500,000 people each year, second only to the Indianapolis 500 in size for Indiana weekend events. The Blueberry Festival includes dozens of live musical acts on three stages, a large parade, several running events, a tractor pull, a horse pull, softball tournaments, basketball tournaments, arm wrestling competition, hot air balloon launch, tennis tournament, bike tour, fishing derby, car show, motorcycle show, and local and international crafts and food.

The Heart and Hands Latino Festival is the other major festival in Plymouth, IN., held the third Saturday of June in Centennial Park’s Young’s Amphitheater. The Latino Festival runs from 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM. The festival began in June 2002 and continues to grow each year, attracting over 6000 people to the one day event. Festival gœrs taste authentic Latin American foods. A variety of entertainers perform for the crowds with Mariachi bands, Ballet Folklorico dancers, Nortena music, and Tropical Salsa bands. You will find artisans and information booths and large area just for the kids to have fun - face painting, balloon sculpture, maraca making, moon walk, pony rides and all sorts of games. Annual Soccer tournament and baby contest are also a major attractions to the festival.

The first Yellow River Festival was held June 2, 2007 and will be held the first weekend in June. The Yellow River Festival is themed around the history of the area and inlcudes period dress food and crafts related to the founding of Plymouth.
